ETS Assessment Training Institute believes that electronic privacy is essential to building trust and long-term customer relationships. To that end, we promise that any personal information you submit to our site will not be shared, sold or disclosed to anyone else in any form at any time. Period.

Registration and order forms: When you make a purchase or register for an event online, we ask you to provide us with contact information including your name, title, address, phone, and email address. This information is used to contact you when necessary. It also places you on a list to receive some mailed information including notices about upcoming training events, conferences, new products, and other assessment information. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, please see our opt-in policy directions below.

Financial information: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for online product payment and training event registrations.  If you are making a purchase or registering with a purchase order please mail or fax a copy of the purchase order to our office along with your order or registration form.  Our fax number is 503-228-3014.  Our mailing address is ETS, 317 SW Alder, Suite 1200, Portland, Oregon 97204-2522.

Security: Credit card information sent to our office during a sales transaction is processed at that time and then deleted. For your security, we do not retain your credit card number in our system. However, this does require you to reenter your credit card information for each new purchase.

Opt-in: We provide a place where you can opt-in to receive our monthly electronic e-Bulletin and other electronic mailings from time to time.  Every electronic bulletin includes an easy way to remove yourself from future mailings.  We do not share your email information with any other person or organization.
